Martin Sexton Hartford Concert reviews
Foo Fighters are amazing!!!!
Joan Jett and Heart were amazing. Gary Clark, Jr. rocked it out. LL Cool J had the stadium on its feet -the whole top tier of the stadium was swaying. Trouble Funk was not our type of music, so we did not enjoy it.
The stadium was awful, old, dirty, and unsafe feeling. There was standing water everywhere, not enough restrooms, and not enough trash cans. Few vendors took debit cards, and some ran out of food completely. The ATM lines were very long and eventually ran out of money. There were not enough vendors for food or beverage.
The Martin Sexton show was amazing. Dave delivered a great show from his "throne" -almost 3 hours long. They closed the show with "Best of You " which was a great end to a great show. They also did a cover of Bowie's "Under Pressure." Great setlist spanning their entire 20 years, focusing on hits. Then, they had a fireworks show! A night I will never forget.
